3-Creations currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping Costs & Fees
All shipping costs, including carrier fees, handling charges, and any applicable taxes, are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight, dimensions, and destination.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after payment is received. Please note that processing times may vary due to order volume, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. Estimated delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and carrier but generally range from 3-7 business days once shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
3-Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
For items damaged in transit, please file a claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Additionally, each piece is individually crafted and no two are the same at this time.
